We recorded quite a number of remarkable deals across the African Startup ecosystem last week. Leading energy startup, Okra Solar raised $12 Million in a mixture of debt and equity funding, while Rentoza secured $6 Million to scale its online subscription services. In addition, Itana, Nestcoin, Kotani Pay, and Anchor all announced fundings in the range of $1.9 to $2.4 Million within the same time frame.
