Propel, founded by Sunkanmi Ola, Seun Owolabi, and Abel Agoi, is a Nigerian HR tech startup. It provides tools and services for tech talent communities, such as developer groups, talent incubators, and training schools. Propel also helps multinational corporations mitigate risks when hiring remote workers from emerging markets in Africa. Propel raised $2.74 million in seed funding to scale its community platform, develop new tools, and expand its network of communities.
