Deel, based in San Francisco, acquired Payspace, a South African cloud-based payroll and HR platform founded in 2007 by Bruc, Clyde, and Warren Clark, along with George Karageorgiades. This acquisition, Deel's largest to date, provides Deel with a full HR stack, strengthening its presence in Africa.
