Helium Health is driven by a mission to accelerate Africa’s transition to a technology and data-driven healthcare system by building the necessary digital infrastructure. Their flagship product, Helium Health EHR, is a cloud-based and offline solution for managing health records and hospitals. By digitizing medical records, Helium Health optimizes the storage and accessibility of crucial healthcare information.

Co-founded by Adegoke Olubusi, Dimeji Sofowora, and Tito Ovia in 2016, Helium Health offers a comprehensive suite of technology solutions for healthcare stakeholders. Among their offerings is HeliumPay, a billing and payments solution that enables healthcare facilities to accept payments from multiple sources. Additionally, HeliumCredit provides hospitals with a streamlined way to access instant, collateral-free loans.

With degrees in Engineering & Management from Johns Hopkins University & Morgan State, Adegoke began his career building payment systems at Goldman Sachs, eBay & PayPal. Alongside his work at Helium Health, he is also the founder and Managing Partner of , a $40M early-stage global venture capital firm headquartered in Los Angeles.
