Octavia Carbon is building direct air capture (DAC) technology in Africa. The company builds systems that extract carbon dioxide directly from the atmosphere, which can then be sold as carbon credits. Octavia Carbon aims to harness natural resources to permanently remove CO2 from the atmosphere. It is scaling its Project Hummingbird pilot plant and rolling out next-generation, lower-cost DAC technology.
