Kenyan startup Peleza merged with Nigerian customer identity solutions provider Prembly to form Prembly Group. The merger aims to expand operations in East Africa and improve customer service. Peleza had been using Prembly’s solution for over a year prior to the merger. Prembly Group will leverage Peleza’s industry knowledge and partnerships with e-hailing platforms like Bolt and Uber.
