Founder of the Month: Miishe Addy

Miishe Addy is the co-founder and CEO of Jetstream Africa, a cross-border e-logistics company that helps African businesses book and monitor their logistics operations while also providing financing, insurance, and other trade support services online.

Addy previously worked at management consulting firm Bain & Company and the Pan-African incubator MEST Africa, where she served as Startup Mentor and Business Fellow.

In 2018, she and Solomon Torgbor co-founded Jetstream to help African businesses track and control their own cross-border supply chains. The logistics company recently raised $13 million in a pre-series A round to help broaden its reach and improve its service offerings.

The Project Management Institute named Addy one of the “50 Next Generation Leaders to Watch” in 2020. Addy has also been featured on CNN and by the Oxford Business Group.
